This project was an informal internal translation and content correction initiative within a hotel operations environment in Japan. Existing English materials contained inconsistencies and machine translation errors that affected clarity and usability.
I identified recurring issues across printed and digital materials, collected and organised existing content, and coordinated a structured review process to improve accuracy and consistency. This included rewriting and standardising text for clarity and cultural appropriateness.
Working collaboratively with team members, I supported the reproduction of corrected materials, including reprinting and physical deployment (e.g. signage and guest-facing documents). The project highlighted challenges in unmanaged translation workflows and the importance of structured content governance.
Focus: Agile, iteration, system design
This project focused on the development of a personal portfolio website as an iterative product system rather than a static deliverable.
I structured the build process using an Agile-inspired approach, breaking development into iterative stages including planning, design exploration, tool selection, domain setup, and implementation. Each stage was treated as a sprint with defined outcomes and review checkpoints.
Key decisions included selecting tools (Figma for design prototyping, hosting and domain configuration, content structuring) and continuously refining the site architecture based on usability and clarity of presentation.
The project reflects an ongoing system build, where design, content, and technical setup evolve together through iterative improvement cycles.
Focus: Multi-stakeholder coordination & mixed methodologies
This case examined sustained independent creative project delivery across multiple clients and stakeholders, focusing on workflow management, prioritisation, and structured execution.
Work involved managing multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes, timelines, and feedback cycles. Some projects followed a linear delivery structure (brief - concept - refinement - final output), while others required iterative development with ongoing stakeholder input.
I coordinated communication across clients, managed competing deadlines, and structured workflows to maintain consistent output quality across parallel deliverables. The experience developed strong capacity for prioritisation, context switching, and delivery under variable constraints.
